I have not used it yet but my son has been using it while home for the holidays. He likes it, especially the adjustability and the portability--and says that he needs one. He wishes the platform were a bit more stable. He doesn't feel that the computer will fall off, but the platform wobbles a bit--and the mouse platform wobbles more. It may be that he does not have the connection tightened enough; that will need more testing. The final item on his wish list: score marks on the legs of the tripod to make it easier to get them even and the platform completely level.

Suprised

I took The Stand on location for a photoshoot. It worked better than expected. It is light weight and transports easily in its backpack. The only flaw is that the mouse pas extension is plastic, wish it was metal too.

Worked as advertised and more. I love that there are many settings and that the stand is sturdy. I can use it anywhere in my house and will use it while we are on the road. It would be great if the ledge to hold the computer was extended a bit more so I could put my phone right next to it without having a table next to it
