Excellent customer service for replacement

My friend who recieved this as a gift loved her bracelet! However, the letters started scratching/rubbing off after less than 6 months of use. I emailed customer service, they were very helpful and provided me a full refund for replacement. My friend will now only being wearing this for special occassions as she's learned it doesn't stand up to everyday use.

Beautiful custom product and great customer service

I bought this custom gold bracelet for myself and a friend and I'm in love with it! It's dainty but sturdy, and I never take it off. I would order them for anyone in my life as a thoughtful, unique, special gift. There were some shipping and packaging issues and the way the customer service handled it was above and beyond top notch!!! Highly recommend!
