Leather Patch Hat/Loden

Products good overall experience not good

I ordered both the hat and the sweatshirt on 3/29 I emailed the following Friday (4/5) as my order had still not been shipped and my husbands birthday was 4/7. We received both items on 4/12 to our disappointment, the hat was great but the sweatshirt had two what looked like bleach stains on the under arm. I emailed right away to ask for a new sweatshirt on 4/12. Had to follow-up again the following week on 4/16 because I had not heard back from them. Got an email that a new sweatshirt would be shipped right away. Finally received a sweatshirt in good condition on 4/19. Customer service was pleasant and easy to work with, once they responded but honestly not the best overall experience as a first time buyer, and not sure that I will be purchasing any more product from this company.

Classy

The leather patch adds a classy touch to this great hat. My husband looks great in it when dressing up or down. Will be buying another one in a different colour. Order arrived quick and the office staff was very helpful when I had a shipping question.
