Commercial Adjustable Spring Hinge

Replaced all three hinges on the metal fire doors.

To comply with local multi-story fire code, the 4 apartment entry doors had to be fire rated, sealed to the frame, and self closing. This made the doors hard to close and latch. Replaced all three door hinges on each with these spring loaded door hinges, as the ones we had downstairs barely worked with only two hinges changed. These hinges have a UL rating stamp on them. All 4 doors now self-close and re-latch when you open and walk through as intended. these are dark colored near black 4x4 inch 4 screw commercial hinges that fit the original frame opening and screw hole pattern perfectly. They can be incrementally adjusted for desired closing force needed. Recommend
