Biggest downside is cost and using in a bucket just used a lot. Besides that works well.

Great prodcut for that spring clean to restore your paint. Does an awesome job of removing water spots also.

These 2 "new" (to me) carpro products have exceeded my expectations. First wheel-x and now descale. Since i bought my car, for past 5 years my wash routine has been foam cannon with lift followed by bucket washing with reset. Over the years ive noticed water spots that i was not able to remove evem with carpro spotless.
This years first spring wash i first sprayed the car with tarx and ironx followed by foam cannon with deacale then foam cannon with lift before the bucket wash as suggested by a reddit post. After the wash i noticed all those stubborn hard water stains are now gone
