Torrefacto vs Ethiopian Yirga Chefe
I love dark roasts, so I purchased both of these. The Torrefacto definitely does have the subtlest hint of sweetness to it, which many would love. I'm a cream only person, though...no sugar. So while the Torrefacto is robust and highly flavorful (and definitely reminded me of several cafes in Barcelona and Madrid from last year), I've decided that I'll be ordering more of the Ethiopian Yirga Chefe. It's a beautiful dark roast that I've even enjoyed black, which I don't often do. I haven't had anything from Hunter Brothers yet that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed...but this Ethiopian variety is my clear favorite.

A Taste of Spain
Your Torrefacto coffee brings a touch of Spain into our Home and reminds us of our 46 days of Spanish “Cafe con Leche” while walking El Camino.

Terrofacto Beans
I find it to be more bitter than the Spanish brands I have ordered from import sites on line. Seems like a fine coffee, just not my taste.
