Tikka Masala

I found it quick and flavorful. I would purchase again. I must temper my enthusiasm a bit (needing to substitute) because I didn’t have any plain yogurt. I think the only thing I’d do differently next time is use a different frozen mixed vegetable selection.

This is a super easy way to make Tikka Masala, with dependably good results.

I like California paprika a lot. It gives a nice color to my dishes. Thank you!
