Very happy with the blocking sleep lamp, the charge lasts a long time in comparison to most, the strength of light can be dimmed or increased by one touch and there’s a choice of 3 types of light - to suit your mood, from yellow to red.

I love the portability. I am able to turn lights out and carry the sleep lamp if I head to the bathroom or the kitchen. That way I don't have to turn on any other lighting. I also love the diffrent modes and even more that I can adjust the brightness, which helps when I wake up in the middle of the night and want as little light as possible while still being able to see. The lights aren't cheap but they are worth every penny.
