I had liaised with Totte at REM and asked for some specific colouring for the stitching for my strap which he was able to accommodate. The purchase process was seamless and the item arrived promptly.
The item was well packaged and I love the presentation of the strap in the box.
The strap is great quality and the leather is both thick and luxurious. It fits my watch beautifully and I have received compliments on it.
I've been liaising with Totte on a second strap as well!
Would be very happy to recommend REM to anyone looking for a different, exciting and well made strap for their watch.
