Classic Hoops - loose clasp
Hello, I really enjoy NUR products and have purchased multiple in the past. With these hoops, I noticed that the clasp was slightly loose, but proceeded to wear them anyways, and one hoop unknowingly fell out the very first time I wore these earrings. I was really disappointed and was wondering if I could get a single hoop replacement? I have also emailed the support team. Thanks!
