Beyond disappointed

I was so excited when I ordered this, yet upon receiving the item the right side toggle will not stay tight after contacting customer service. They will only give me a 25% return which overall is $30 on an $800 order.. I was so excited to wear this and really really pumped but now that I can’t have my item amended or fixed and I’m being expected to throw it out or donate it and give $30 as retribution. I am super unhappy and disappointed, and therefore giving it one star, I’ve spent so much money investing in these quality pieces as we’re told just to receive something damaged and not have any remedy taken care of. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Size ordered: xxs/xs 5'0/119 lbs/muscular build Wear size XS-S in tops, and M in leggings. I'm a thick thigh gal. The romper fits loosely around my thighs, which is a win for me! I have a longer torso and shorter legs. This romper is best for people with longer legs, but it's still cute on people with short legs like mine! Overall, I absolutely love this romper! The quality is topnotch! You will definitely look in the mirror and admire yourself wearing this!

For context I’m 5’10 and ~180lbs. Following the size chart (and also a little worried it wouldn’t be long enough through the torso, because rompers are not always a tall girl’s best friend) I originally got the L/XL. But when it came it was way too big. The exchange process was SUPER EASY. The S/M fits nearly perfect; my one note is that the draw strings hit more top of my hip rather than my true waist, but it’s still adorable - even cinched. Really comfy, really cute, really glad I bought it.
