Setup is unreliable. I had to go through it 4 times. The device had repeated trouble connecting. The charging device is not USB-C. It’s old school and the connection and setup is clunky. The device works as advertised but is notably loud and obtrusive looking. I also didn’t appreciate the constant barrage of daily emails pushing to buy more. I bought one to see how we liked it and I will likely remove it and certainly won’t be getting more. Needs a good deal of refinement, but it works.

The smart bridge works as described and is relatively easy to follow and set up. Love it! I have set up routines around blocking the sun during the day as we have an east south and west exposure in our dining room. On rainy days and in the winter I can easily remove that day in the routine and they would not run. Very easy to manage.

Love my Ryse system. So easy to install and I've now open and closed my blinds more in 2 weeks than I did in 5 years because of the hassle. Fantastic product!
