The Haze Trainer shoe is comfortable and very well made. It was designed as a cross training supportive footpiece and delivers an exceptional experience. Be sure to size up by 1/2 to 1 full size. I had to give 3 stars because the customer service left much to be desired. Responses were slow and mechanical. I suspect they were generated through an AI framework. An all around shoe with a severe pricepoint probably should have excellent customer service. It is the one thing this company should work on as a priority.
