Best birthday gift ever!
I had wanted to try this cheese ever since I bought a small slice of it at my local Publix store. I mentioned it to my hubby and he said to order a wheel for my birthday - so kind. It was so much bigger than I expected, so I called for customer service for help. Could I freeze it? How should I keep it fresh. They told me to keep half sealed and in the coldest part of the fridge - not to freeze it. Well, it's been weeks and we're still really enjoying it! I made dressing, dip and slices on crackers - fantastic! Best gift ever!!

Blue cheese
Point Reyes has one of the best blue cheeses from anywhere. It is tangy yet mild at the sme time. I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but it's that flavor that makes it so special.

Original Blue
I first met this cheese in Texas at a Thanksgiving gathering with my family. It was available at a grocery store there. It became a favorite, especially with my sister. I had a Sisters Weekend recently and ordered from you as a treat for her - and everyone else. Gave her a wedge to take home. I still have one for me here in South Carolina. I love this cheese. We eat it just by itself! Thank you!
