Amazing product! I love the fact that the different shades of grey pack really solid with only one pass...!!!

Every bottle arrived ruptured or frozen solid, I understand ordering ink in the winter is a risky endeavour, in past experience ordering inks during colder months there have been heat packs/ heat conductive box lining that in this case would’ve perhaps assisted in avoiding wasting over $300 on now useless ink.
