This was a warranty replacement because my original cap split. To date I'm very happy with the three jugs I purchased. My warranty experience was as good as it gets. I'm happy to see they stand behind their products. I'll be purchasing a few more jugs in the near future.

Tuff jug as shipped leaked. Replacement cap eliminated leak. Product now functions great. Replacement was shipped quickly. Initial experience was very disappointing, recovery was well executed
