Auto Stop Spout

So far I've filled my Tuff Jug 5 times. On the last refill my gasket ripped. I contacted the Jug and was sent out a entire replacement nozzle for free. Great customer service. The Jug is fantastic! Filling the mower and pressure washer has never been easier.

Ordered a 5 gallon jug and 1 1/2 gallon jug , both leaked when received they had cracked caps, talked to customer service and filed a warranty claim , had me 2 new caps with in a couple days, unfortunately that wasn't the only problem after receiving caps , one had bad ORing and one had a bad spout, called customer service and filed another warranty claim had me 2 new spouts with in a couple days and problems are all solved no leaks,love these jugs they work just like videos show and totally satisfied with quality and they definitely stand behind there products with the lifetime warranty and quick response to solve problems! Would definitely buy more Tuff jugs!

Would like to thank customer service for their concern and quick response to a leakage that occurred on my 2.5 gallon jug. That was rectified fast butter leakage was also from a small crack in the cap which I found out later. I just sent them photos and I'm sure they will address this issue. Its a great jug. Thank you again
