Skatescribe Gold

I had a profile consultation and was on true’s factory 9/10 profile. I told them I had to be weighted to my heels more than I would like and that my toes were digging hard when skating backwards. They asked several questions about me and my skating style and recommended the skatescribe gold profile with an “2” pitch and 13/16 hollow (coming from 5/8). I finally got to try it out and it 100% resolved both of those issues. I feel neutral on my feet and no more digging in on the toes. The 13/16 hollow also feels like a lot less effort but I’m still able to do everything I was before. In all honesty I expected them to recommend a quad or some type of common profile so I was slightly nervous to try this. They are the experts though and they were right. I love a company who provides awesome service… it’s too hard to find these days.

Blades were sent this time to Tydan to do their thing. Perfect as always, this is the second time we have done business and they are now my go to for perfect blades!
