This has been an extremely disappointing experience. While I love the blender, there have been significant issues and bad communication from the supplier. The product box which was packed into a transport box was damaged on 2 corners. The transport box no damage. There was evidence that the box was opened before it was dispatched. When i compared the contents of the box with what it identified should be included, 2 things are missing. I have emailed the supplier and used their own website contact process, including photos and weeks later still no reply. Simply not good enough. I am only asking to have supplied what I paid for.
