Off Peak Sessions

It used to be good but customer service was not good at all. Staff were rude and dismissive. Also said children in the under 18 months area (which had a sign saying only for under 18 months) couldn't be in there if they could walk and when we questioned the sign saying the children were in fact under the age stated, the lady said they're in the process of changing it and it doesn't matter about the age, it's just for non walkers. They should've have just taken it down if too lazy to correct it and then be abrupt with customers. Also felt very rushed to leave. They start packing Up 15 minutes before the end of the session. Very disappointing and won't be coming back
