Seems to give a decent ballpark to work from
I didn't think I was a particularly salty sweater and the readings I've gotten so far agree with that. I think the total fluid lost is not quite accurate but I'm not as interested in that part. I've found the app easy to use. Have only used a couple patches so far, but both worked. I made sure to use them for runs at least an hour long to make sure they were saturated. Going to wait for hotter weather to do more testing to see what ranges I get.

very expensive and unreliable
I have used these products for just over a week, and 2 out of the four times I have used it, it registered no data at all.
