Beautiful necklace I love it!

Would be lovely except for the catch!

This necklace itself is quite pretty but the catch is hopeless! It fastens at the front but when you open the clasp the little shell accessories fall off. I haven’t been able to fasten it on my own without the shells falling off - v poor design. Very frustrating! I’ve emailed customer service re this issue but they haven’t responded.
