Organized and Wonderful Experience!
I misplaced my bed remote. When I called RIZE to see if a replaceable was available, they were so kind and caring and a replacement was delivered very quickly. When the replacement arrived, I could not make it work. Again, I called RIZE and they helped me to program my new remote. Every person that I spoke to was so kind. I decided that they all had to be southerners. My adjustable bed is now comfortable again. Thank you RIZE!
