DEA Compatible Remote

All worked with easy sync instructions. Good service and friendly staff.

I downloaded instructions and myself, a friend (experienced in many things) and an electrician with experience with roller doors and gates tried to get the remotes to work. I emailed you regarding this but received no reply. I requested a return label and refund but are the $55 ones more likely to work? Please respond with a suitable response.
