My fave little ritual

These candle refills are great! I've been using them to cope with my grief of losing someone I love. I have the little pot on my altar and I light a candle whenever I feel the need to. It has also become my fave little ritual in the morning - light a candle, drink in hand and be present. It's a lovely way for me to feel connected to him. I start my day calm and grounded having held space to mourn and honor him.

How I find mindfulness and grounding

I use intension candles almost everyday and then journal afterwards to reflect on my life. I also use it while at work, for people in recovery in addictions. It’s a beautiful way to breakdown barriers in a safe way.
