Sparrow 3x100mm MIDI controller

The build quality is better than I expected, and I really like the ability to customize MIDI CC settings. The colors are beautiful, and I feel like it will help a lot in my music production. One concern is that if the company ever shuts down, it might not be possible to edit device settings through the web – I hope they add a local editor in the future. Also, it uses USB Mini, which works fine, but USB-C would have been even better.

Only played with it for a second tonight but I can already feel how much more control I have!

Brilliant controller for composing. Compliments any workflow with very little (if any) fiddling. Only mod I had to make was to the bottom. My desk is quite slick (dangerfox, black) and the thin pads at the bottom allow for too much movement in use. Used some 3M double sided tape and a square of mass loaded vinyl to keep it in place while using but still portable. Worth a consideration for future iterations. Still, very happy with it.
