Device works fairly well, positioning the bit in the holder at the right rotation and projection from the jig is difficult especially bad with smaller bits. I have used a Drill Doctor sharpener and their method of setting the bit is really easy compare to Tormeks. The jig setup is not complicated but does require a number of steps but once you have learned them it is not a big deal. All in all you can get a real good edge on bits that cut great however at the price it is sold for it better be great.
