I bought my first pair of glasses from you recently. The glasses initially looked and felt good but then fell to bits after using them for roughly four hours across four occasions. I returned them to you on the 15th of August for a repair. I haven’t heard anything since via email or other about the repair or replacement. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions from this!

Grip not that great
Glasses keep slipping off even after adjusting three times. I have large frame. I tried the medium frame but my face was too big for it

Comfortable and stylish
