I have a very wide foot so I ended up buying two different types of athletic shoes. Unfortunately neither was wide enough for comfort. I think they are a well made shoe.

The SAS shoes in general are great quality. They are sturdy and comfortable.

Sturdy and ready for some real wear.

I get turned off by that expression “walking on clouds”…that seems to mean a puffy sole ready to jar with each step. I was looking for an athletic shoe with a stable feel. Granted these are a tad heavier than a running shoe. But if your gym work is more stationary then these will be great. Yes, they have Velcro that means no loose laces and my athletic pants ride over the top nicely. I’m always fine with wearing SAS, they’re stepping up their style game.
