Wrong size marked on shoe

I ordered a 6 1/2 wide. The shoe was delivered. It was mis-marked. I could not get a toe into the shoe. All my other shoes, including SAS are 61/2 Wide. I am ok with the mistake, however I was charged shipping for the return. I was told by a rep I spoke with they would cancel the shipping charges. But, they deducted the ship charge from my refund.
