My favorite workout accessory!

My dog chewed my first duel pads and it had me in a frenzy. Ordered my second pair and delivery was super quick. Amazing product, quality is top tier, and item does exactly what it was intended for. Makes resistance training so much easier. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Great Quality

They do what they’re meant to do!! And they are comfy. A bit bulkier than I thought but that’s no big deal. Really happy to not get frustrated with bands rolling on me now!!!!!

Brilliant invention!

The duel pads are a brilliant invention and I’m very pleased to say that I’ve used them a ton and gotten great glute activation each time without the hassle of my bands riding up, rolling, or pinching. Highly recommend!
