Very poor customer service

I bought my bag right before Black Friday and then they cut the price by 30% I would’ve been a lifelong customer but that’s absurd

FAIL!

This company could learn something from Tumi and their inclusion of several compartments… this is especially true for a laptops case with tons of accessories. This is a fashion piece, totally non-utilitarian!
