the weekender without the strap holder for the carry on was sent to me. While it would have been nice to have an actual phone number to call customer service, email worked just fine, albeit time difference made the process difficult. In the end it was sorted out and I don’t have complains as long it got done. However in the future the company should consider these issues and address them.
