It's so freaking delicious. and I finally got around to trying it the other night. I haven't slept that well in ages and I can definitely say that it helped with my dreaming. The flavors are well thought out and I love the peppermint. I'm definitely going to be buying more when it runs out. I do wish they were a bit bigger in quantity though. But I also go through tea like nobody's business.
