Nickel caused horrible rash
Nearly 20% of the US population have an allergy to nickel. It’s the leading cause of allergic skin reactions. Yet, in this very expensive product, Reliefband uses nickel -which directly touches the skin- in their products. My wrist was no exception. Two weeks after the initial rash presented, I still have marks on my wrist as a result of wearing this product twice. I ordered this product in advance of a cruise in anticipation of experiencing seasickness. Not knowing the timing of shipping, I ordered the Flex about a month before embarkation day, which ended up falling just outside the very short return window for ReliefBand. I shared my allergy concern on social media. I was directed to reach out to customer service. I was offered no opportunity to exchange for a nickel free product (does that even exist in the Reliefband world?), denied a return, and instead was offered a measly 30% discount on future products. I do NOT recommend this product unless you like paying lots of money for cheap nickel.

Would not cruise without one!
The relief band prevented my sea sickness when the crew was hanging their heads and looking putrid. There was a period of time when the bands were hard to locate. So when you send me a deal I’m buying for me and all my family. Thank you!!!!

It works!
I am on an Alaska cruise right now. The two days at sea were really rough. Wore my Relief Band the whole time and never got sick! If you are on the fence about getting one- do it!!
