I am very happy with my new Scooter. It rides very smoothly and has everything I need.

Frankie from customer support reached out to me to let me know that the kickstand would need to be relocated. He included photos and asked if I’d like to proceed. I did and I am very glad I did! It runs great! (I surprised my husband with it and did not tell him it is refurbished and he has no clue since it looks new!) I appreciate Frankie being upfront about the repairs needed and reaching out to me before sending. Great customer service!
