Great product. Make sure to clean after every use, otherwise you will have to order a new pump assembly. Very easy to use. Highly recommend

Excellent product

I love this cold brew machine. Easy to use, easy to clean. Many options to get coffee just the way you like it. The 4 star rating is because I have had to replace the pump unit twice in a year. The price is more than half the price of just buying a new brewer
