Trying to contact someone but can’t!

I ordered the wrong product and have been trying to contact someone about returning and exchanging my order and literally haven’t been able to get any kind of response. The emails are bouncing, I’ve called and left messages via phone, and I’ve emailed every email I’ve been able to find on their website. I have no idea how to get a hole or this company and ask for a return which they do within the first 30 days so I’m really unsure what to do. Soo if you think you will need any sort of customer support then I would not recommending ordering. Hopefully they see this message and help me!

Bad customer service

I placed an order and not even two hours later I realized I ordered the wrong thing. I sent an email to the only contact information I could find and asked that they cancel my order so I could place the correct order and to this day I have not gotten a response. I received the item and cannot return it. I will never buy from this company again.
