Works as intended, very nice build quality, let's me save a lot of time when working with the JibOne since you don't have to switch the angle anymore.

I must admit to having not turned it on yet as my time is being consumed by writing up my taxes right now. But it sure looks great and should be a great help. On another note, I had shipping damage, so I sent an email with photos detailing the issue and heard back from Edelkrone in within twelve hours, on the other side of the world. They immediately stated a new part would be going out (and it did the same day) with no questions asked and no charges to me. I had heard Edelkrone previously had issues with customer service, but if they did, they don't now because my order and dealing with the shipping damage could not have been dealt with in a quicker or more professional manner.
