This is good it's not my favorite flavor by any means but I can alot of it due to the low caffeine it has which allows me to use more of it at night wish they had more coffee flavors with low or no caffeine at all because I love grinds and want to use more but some is just way too much caffeine I would rather have less caffeine and use more of the product more often all in all its good
