Trunas 'One Tablet' Ground Ginger

Same review as I left for the garlic tablets -- it needs to be made clear that the tablet needs to be disssolved in water first before using in a dish! I though the moisture of the dish would work, but it's not enough. Once you understand how easy it is to use a bit of water, it's a miracle ingredient, so easy to use!

Direction in Chinese?

I wanted to use but the direction were in another language so I have not used it

Smells like fresh ginger!

Smells wonderful like fresh ginger, and easier to store. I’m happy to have it in my cupboard.
