Doppler Pro+

Perfect Bike!

I was looking for an upgrade to my outdated gravel bike, and the Doppler Pro+ is fulfilling everything on my wishlist. While some have mentioned the bike's weight, its sturdiness makes me (a heavier rider) feel more secure riding it. The addition of the Dynamo hub made this a no-brainer for me to purchase. It was easy enough to assemble, especially with the use of the videos on Breezer's website. One of the fenders was bent, and customer service quickly shipped out a replacement. I would 100% purchase another bike from Breezer!

Solid bike but gearing not up for loaded touring or steep climbs.

Just received my bike and had it completely assembled in about 1 hour. I've been riding for over 25 years, road, mountain, and gravel. Didn't need another bike but always looking! Some great deals to be had and couldn't pass up adding another steel frame to the herd. The Doppler Pro + is a great looking bike with solid components plus a dynamo hub. This makes it great for commuting and touring in flat or rolling hill topography, but the gearing simply isn't low enough for any serious climbing. I live in an area with some 8% plus grades. Breezer isn't the only one to under gear on so called touring bikes. This will make a great rail trail tourer though. Both of the included fenders somehow were dented and mishappen and had to do some work to reshape them so they were able to clear the tires. Still banged up but will do the job. Box came in one day and in perfect condition so not sure how the damage occurred. Derailleurs were set up perfect from the factory. Very happy with the bike overall but will have a long wait for the snow and cold to clear here in Pennsylvania.
