Does what it supposed to do. Yes you can buy similar on Amazon and save a few dollars, but I decided on the factory Hoselink product and could not be happier.

Works perfectly, gives me peace of mind

My new Evolve Hose Reel is installed in my front yard, which makes it super convenient for watering flower beds and shrubs in the front, but makes the Hose Reel a target for thieves or vandals. This lock is a good deterrent to those crimes of opportunity. It won't stop a determined thief with bolt cutters, but I'm not all that concerned with that threat.
