refund not forthcoming
I am disappointed in the company response. The shoes were too much like slippers for my purpose and I didn't like that the left and right shoe are undifferentiated. I sent them back for a refund (June 19) but have not received it.

I love my Newal shoes! I wish they came in half sizes too I ordered a 9 wide because I have bunions but next time I may order a 10 wide I guess, just a little more toe room but as I wear them more I think they be fine
