Best coffee I have ever had. The beans are dry which I believe is evidence that the oils are not being released prior to grinding. I use a Breville Barista Pro with Juggernaut Bramble beans and the grinder is always nice and clean (no oily film). The espresso comes out super creamy every time. This is a medium roast with a very smooth wonderful smell and even better taste. Nothing harsh about this coffee. This is the coffee I measure all others against and very few come close.
