Really like the products but it took forever to get them. Ordered them on December 4th for a Christmas gift; didn’t get them until January 8th.. Missed Christmas altogether despite numerous emails with no response. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. When they did respond, they promised me an additional piece free of charge that I have never received. It is now a month later. No phone number or chat to communicate. Ugh!
