Wonderful experience beautiful machine

I had the best experience working with BB and Nancy! My machine arrived on time and it was easy to assemble. I got the Rialto and she is beautiful!

Great, but

I would still appreciate the pegs like the studio reformer has. The hooks are great, but it's a little harder to reach them behind the head, especially following a workout video, when one needs to be efficient with the time!
