Great service - AGAIN

Once again, I needed help from Evelo regarding a non-functioning bike. I live in Mexico and so it is not the easiest of tasks to get help. They worked with me trying to remotely resolve the problem and identified the likely cause. They sent me the part and I was back on the road again. The help was always immediate and comprehensive. I always detected a significant effort to help me. It is the best service I have ever had of ANYTHING that I have bought in my life. Evelo is a model for how customers should be treated.

Installed easily

This installed easily and worked immediately when powered on. The only drawback is that it reset the odometer on the bike to zero. This is not really a big deal, but I would like to keep track of the total number of miles on the brake pads.
