Haven’t gotten a routine for this yet…just am finding Im not needing something before bed…but if Im up late for some reason I make it. I think the original and tumeric products have me well adjusted and I find Im ready for bed and sleeping well..

I don't particularly care for it. Nice packaging though. It smells better than it taste. I will not be ordering anymore.

I ordered Mud/Wtr Rest because I wanted something to drink at night hoping it would benefit my sleep. I was not disappointed. I had an easy time winding down and a great night’s sleep. The taste is fantastic. Rich and smooth. I have been drinking far too much coffee lately and my gut is paying the price. I am using Mud/Wtr as a better option for energy. This may be the first product I have tried but definitely won’t be the last.
