Here's the thing. When I got my PC it didnt work due to a bad SSD drive. While I understand that accidents happen, it took almost a month (maybe a little longer) and at least 3 maybe 4 calls in to get them to send the me a drive back. When I did receive the drive it had issues that required more support calls to sort out. It was frustrating, time consuming, and annoying to have to deal with the issues and there where times where I felt as though I had to convince the support team to help me. That said everyone I talked with was extremely professional and kind and the PC runs fantastic. It's hard for me rate this because it was such a tough starting experience for me. I truly want to give a 5 stars but I just don't feel like that is honest given my experience
